[TowerMadness] Restore Purchases Not Working

Problem

Restore Purchases says the restore is complete but it doesn't restore any or all of your purchases.

Solution

You may have bought the in app purchase(s) in question in the free version (TowerMadness Zero). Try downloading TowerMadness Zero from the App Store and trying to Restore Purchases from within TowerMadness Zero.

TowerMadness Zero purchases transfer to the iPad and full version of TowerMadness. In order to do this, you must restore any purchases made in TowerMadness Zero to get them back in the full version of TowerMadness.  You may need to restart your device after following the steps above before you see the restored purchases reflected in the game.

If you are on a different device than the one originally used to make the purchase, you must install the application using the same iTunes account used to make the original purchase.

If your device was used with more than one iTunes account, make sure you're logged into iTunes using the same account used to make the purchase(s) before attempting to run Restore Purchases.

Finally, you may also need to restart your device after following the steps above before you see the restored purchases reflected in the game.

    I have purchased all the new boards on my Ipad.  Is there anyway to link these purchases to my android?  I dont want to buy all these boards again.

    BTW....SO Happy that this is now on the Android!

    Also, do I need to pay to get the full version again if I have it on my iPad or is it connected to my login in some way?

     

    Customer Support Reply: Hi Jeff! If you purchased TowerMadness on your iPad, you should also be able to install it on your iPhone with the same Apple ID. However, you cannot install TowerMadness HD on an iPhone as it is an iPad only version. Email me at support@limbic.com if you may need more help. Thanks! -Sheiva

    I paid for a flamethrower a few weeks ago. Then my phone stopped working last Thursday, and I got a replacement Monday afternoon. May I please get my flamethrower back without paying for it again? Thank you. Cesar
